Veterinary Clinics Located Outside Singapore

For Veterinary Clinics located outside Singapore, all you need is 3 simple steps to send an ALLERCEPT® sample(s) to us.

Step 1 - Accreditation with the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA)

We need to apply for a One Time Accredidation for the overseas submitting Veterinarian. Once Approved, the accredidation will allow sending of samples by the Vet in Singapore. This step is only required for the first time.

Certifications in other languages are accepted and the accredidation process by the AVA would normally take 3-4 working days. You will be informed via email once the accredidation is successful.

Step 2 - Before Sending Sample(s)

It is a requirement from AVA that an Import Permit is required to allow serum entering Singapore. You will need to complete (A) Import Permit form and (B) Allergen Order Form, email it to us and we will submit the documents on your behalf. This step has to be completed for each new consignment.

The application of Import Permit is a free service that our laboratory provides. It is valid for 30 days and take at least 3 working days (from date of receipt of complete application, with supporting documents) to be processed.

Step 3 - Sending Sample(s)

After Steps 1 & 2 have been completed and the necessary approvals obtained, you can now send your sample(s) to us. Please be reminded that you will need to prepare 3 sets of original copies of (A) Import Permit and (B) Completed Allergen Order Form with the sample(s). (See Example)
